Mini Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 2 c. minced nuts
- 12 ounce. mini chocolate chips
- Cream sugar and butter, half and half.
- Add in all other ingredients.
- Spray mini muffin pan with Pam.
- Fill muffin pan almost full and bake 12 min at 375 degrees.
- Let cold before taking out of tin.
- Turn upside down and frost with melted chocolate bar.
- Makes about 44-48 muffins.
