Mini Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

  1. Cream sugar and butter, half and half.
  2. Add in all other ingredients.
  3. Spray mini muffin pan with Pam.
  4. Fill muffin pan almost full and bake 12 min at 375 degrees.
  5. Let cold before taking out of tin.
  6. Turn upside down and frost with melted chocolate bar.
  7. Makes about 44-48 muffins.
