Mexican Jack Casserole Recipe
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd meat (beef, pork and veal)
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 8 ounce. can tomato sauce or possibly puree
- 2 16 ounce. cans baked beans
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- In a skillet, saut
onion, celery, chili pwdr, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, grnd meat, oregano, tomato sauce, beans, cheddar cheese
