Mexican Jack Casserole Recipe

• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1/2 c. minced celery
• 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd meat (beef, pork and veal)
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1 8 ounce. can tomato sauce or possibly puree
• 2 16 ounce. cans baked beans
• 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1. In a skillet, saut
