Corn and Tomato Pizza with Bacon and Gruyere
- 1 whole Batch Of Your Favorite Pizza Dough (enough For A Medium To Large Size Pizza)
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 3 whole Strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
- 1/4 cups Fresh Parsley Chopped For Garnish

- Preheat oven to 375 F. Press pizza dough onto a pizza pan.
- 2.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of dough.
- 3.
- Top dough with shredded Gruyere, followed by bacon crumbles, sweet corn kernels and tomatoes.
- 4.
- Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove from oven.
- 5.
- Top with fresh chopped parsley, slice and serve immediately.
