Cheesy Corn
- 4 cups Frozen Or Fresh Corn
- 6 slices White American Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Milk Or Light Cream
- Thaw and drain corn.
- Cut cream cheese and American cheese into cubes.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- I am not a big fan of crockpots so I baked this recipe at 350F for 45 minutes.
- I stirred it several times to smooth in the cream cheese.
