Easy Cheesy Stuffed Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients (except cubed cheese) in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide meat into balls (about half the size of your fist).
  4. Make a dent in the ball with your thumb and insert a cheese cube.
  5. (I used monterey jack cubes but any cheese will work.)
  6. Then wrap the meat around the cheese so it is fully encased.
  7. Next, brown half of the meatballs at a time in a skillet on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  8. Place meatballs on a rimmed baking sheet or pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until the center is not pink.
  9. Serve as a meal, on a sandwich, with pasta, however you wish.

ground chuck, italian bread, clove garlic, onion, egg, italian seasoning, pepper, salt, cubed cheese
