Black Cherry Sauce Recipe

• 4 ounce Black cherries, (fresh or possibly canned)
• 1/2 c. Port wine
• 4 Tbsp. Honey

1. Heat over med-low heat and blend all ingredients till smooth.
2. Spoon over duck.
