Crockpot Fajitas
- 4 pounds Pork Roast, Boneless
- 1/4 cups Chili Powder
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2- 1/2 cups Red Beans, Dry
- 2 cans Diced Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Diced Green Chiles
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 cup Water
- Coat roast with chili powder.
- Lay in the bottom of crock pot.
- Layer remaining ingredients in the order given.
- Set crock pot on high and cook for 13 hours.
- No peeking!
- After 13 hours, break meat apart with a fork and stir to combine.
- Serve with warm tortillas.
