Lucky Bamboo

• 1 lime wedge
• 1 ounce Ginger Syrup
• Ice
• 3 ounces chilled ginger beer
• 1 thin strip of cucumber

1. In an ice-filled highball glass, combine the Pimm's, Ginger Syrup and ginger beer.
2. Add a squeeze of lime; garnish with the cucumber.
