Tad's Cookie Cheesecake
- 20 ounces toll house chocolate chip cookie dough rolls (weight apx)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 egg
- 12 cup sugar
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Press 1 roll of cookie dough into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- You may need a tiny bit of the 2nd roll to completely cover the pan.
- Mix well; cream cheese, sugar and egg in a mixing bowl.
- Pour over cookie crust.
- Break 2nd roll of cookie dough into chunks and distribute over top mixture.
- Press slightly with your hand until top is flat.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
