Salsa Marinara

  1. Chop onions.
  2. Fry chopped onions till they turn to a light brown.
  3. Add all the seafood.
  4. Add white wine.
  5. Leave on medium heat for 10 mins.
  6. Add tomato puree, olives, capers and bay leaves.
  7. Leave for another 10 mins on low heat.
  8. To decorate add chopped parsley.
  9. Serve with your favourite pasta.
