Salsa Marinara
- 500 grams shrimps
- 12 large mussels
- 8 crab sticks
- 2 large tuna tins
- 150 grams salmon
- 150 grams squid rings
- 2 large onions
- 200 ml white wine
- 500 ml tomato puree
- 3 tbsp capers
- 12 whole green olives
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 bunch fresh and chopped parsley
- Chop onions.
- Fry chopped onions till they turn to a light brown.
- Add all the seafood.
- Add white wine.
- Leave on medium heat for 10 mins.
- Add tomato puree, olives, capers and bay leaves.
- Leave for another 10 mins on low heat.
- To decorate add chopped parsley.
- Serve with your favourite pasta.
