Pumpkin Pecan Bread

  1. Mix sugar, pumpkin, salad dressing, milk and eggs until well blended; add to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  2. Fold in pecans.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  6. Cool completely.
