Thai Style Beef Salad Recipe

  1. Combine 1 Tbsp.
  2. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp.
  3. brown sugar and water; pour over beef.
  4. Marinate beef 30 min.
  5. Drain beef, discarding marinade.
  6. In a non stick skillet, stir fry beef over high heat till browned, about 3 min.
  7. Remove from pan; cold to room temperature.
  8. Mix remaining 2 Tbsp.
  9. soy sauce and remaining 1/2 Tbsp.
  10. of brown sugar with vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper.
  11. Combine beef with remaining ingredients.
  12. Pour on reserved dressing and toss.
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. Serves 4.
