Easy Microwaved Fresh Orange Jello
- 250 ml Orange juice (or 100% orange juice)
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 1 tsp Sugar or honey
- Pour about 50 ml of orange juice into a mug or any heat-resistant container.
- Mix in the gelatin and let sit for 10 minutes.
- This allows the gelatin to soak and harden.
- Place Step 1 in the microwave for 30 seconds (on high temperature).
- This will loosen the gelatin.
- Optionally add some sugar and pour in the remaining 200 ml of orange juice.
- Use a spoon to mix it together well and then pour into your choice of container.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill and once it hardens, it's done!
- I topped it with yogurt cheese cream.
- It's low in calories but looks and tastes great.
