Beefy Vegetable Soup
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 12 lb ground turkey
- 3 cups water
- 1 (28 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 (15 ounce) canany white beans
- 1 12 cups chopped onions
- 1 12 cups sliced celery
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- Brown meats in large stockpot, drain.
- return meat to stockpot along with all ingredients.
- Cover and gently simmer 30 minute.
- Place soup in a freezer bag and freeze up to two months.
- reheat on stove or in crockpot until bubbly.
