Sauteed Pork with Onion Sauce

  1. To make the sauce, dice the onion into small pieces.
  2. Heat a pan and add the wine vinegar, onion, grated garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. In another pan, and put 1 Tbsp of olive oil and heat.
  5. Put in the pork and fry both sides until it's are browned and crispy.
  6. Put the pork on a warm dish and pour the sauce on the top.
