Gunhild's Spritz Cookies Recipe

• 1 pound butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon almond flavoring

1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add in egg yolks and mix well.
3. Add in flour and mix well and add in almond flavoring.
4. Bake at 375 degrees.
5. The secret to a good spritz, is how well you mix the dough, the longer, the better.
