Garlicky White Bean Hummus

  1. Cook white beans according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the tops off of the garlic and place in a square of aluminum foil.
  3. Pour olive oil over garlic and then wrap tightly.
  4. Place in oven and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until cloves are soft.
  5. Set aside and let cool.
  6. Combine beans, garlic, tahini, cumin, salt, olive oil, lemon, and water in a food processor.
  7. Pulse until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency, and enjoy!
  8. Serve garnished with paprika and sesame seeds.
