Cajun Style Chicken Cutlets Recipe

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Spray the broiler pan with Pam.
  3. Arrange the onion slices on the broiler pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, thyme, black pepper, white pepper and red pepper.
  5. Arrange the chicken on the onion slices, skinned-side down.
  6. Brush the chicken proportionately with half of the catsup mix.
  7. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 min.
  8. Turn the chicken over and brush proportionately with the remaining catsup mix.
  9. Broil for 4 min longer, or possibly till the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Serve the chicken garnished with parsley, if you like.
