Easy Cherry Puff Recipe

  1. In blender, mix lowfat milk, Large eggs, Bisquick, sugar, butter and almond extract.
  2. Blend for 15 seconds, or possibly use high speed on mixer for 1 minute.
  3. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan or possibly 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
  4. Spoon cherry pie filling over the top.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min till golden.
