Almond Butterscotch Bars

  1. Cream Butter and brown sugar.
  2. Add extracts and salt.
  3. Gradually add flour, Press into ungreased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan.
  4. Sprinkle butterscotch chips and almonds over dough and press lightly.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut.
  7. Adjust pan size and cooking time if you prefer a more chewy cookie.
