Sweet Jelly Flavoured Sherbet

• 6 -7 cups icing, suar
• 1 (85 g) packet jelly (jello)
• 4 tablespoons citric acid
• 2 tablespoons bicarbonate of soda

1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
2. Start with 6 cups of icing suar and add more if necessary.
