  4. RECONSTITUTE Lowfat milk; HEAT TO JUST BELOW BOILING.
  5. Don't BOIL.

  7. BLEND BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE AND FLOUR TOGETHER; STIR Till SMOOTH.

  9. Add in FLOUR Mix TO Lowfat milk, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  10. SIMMER 5 Min Or possibly UNTILOR Till THICKENED.
  11. 5.
  12. HEAT ASPARAGUS.
  13. 6.
  14. POUR SAUCE OVER ASPARAGUS.
  15. SERVING SIZE: 1/2 C.
