Glaze Pork Roast

  1. In a bowl mix all dry seasoning together.
  2. Rub the pork roast on all sides.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  4. Pre heat oven to 450F.
  5. Place Roast in 450F oven for 10 mins to get the nice color.
  6. Turn down the oven temp to 250F and finish cooking for an hour.
  7. Once done take out pork roast wrap in foil and let sit for 15mins DON'T CUT IT YET!!!

  9. Take off foil and watch it cut like butter.
