Summer Italiano
- 4 ounces Kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- 2 ounces pasta, Your Choice
- 12 lb chicken
- 3 tomatoes, ripe
- 116 cup fresh basil
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash sugar
- olive oil
- PASTA:.
- Bring water to boil.
- Add dash olive oil to water.
- Add Pasta.
- Boil till Al Dente.
- Drain pasta.
- "Al Dente"(Leaving Pasta just a lil uncooked for texture.
- ).
- Add 1oz Sun Dried Tomato Dressing.
- Add 2 small Tomatoes, (Thinly Sliced).
- Add Sugar to "Taste".
- Add Pepper To "Taste".
- CHICKEN:.
- Defrost if needed, and slit chicken slightly.
- Marinate Chicken With Kraft Sun Dried Tomato SAlad Dressing in a plastic bag for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- Bake, Broil, BBq Or Fry.
- Till Done.
- Add Fresh Black Pepper, Tomato slices, Garnish with Fresh Basil.
