Just 3 Minutes of Prepping! Grilled Chicken Thigh with Miso Mayo Sauce

  1. Cut the chicken into long and narrow pieces.
  2. Fold up 4 edges of a sheet of aluminum foil to make a "plate."
  3. Place the "plate" from Step 1 onto the grill rack.
  4. Place the chicken on the "plate" with the skin side down.
  5. Spread the chicken with miso using a spoon.
  6. Top with mayonnaise.
  7. Grill both sides, 4-5 pieces at a time.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onion and it's done!
  9. You can also bake these in the oven.
  10. You could also toss in some eggplant slices or mushrooms.
