Simple Cabbage Saute
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 18 cup water
- 1 12 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- Place a wok or frying pan on the stove.
- Heat it on a medium setting.
- Add the garlic and 1 tsp of water to the pan.
- Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 seconds.
- Add the cabbage, tamari, and remaining water.
- cook, stirring regularly, until the cabbage becomes a bright green.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add the margarine and black pepper, and serve immediately.
