Simple Cabbage Saute

  1. Place a wok or frying pan on the stove.
  2. Heat it on a medium setting.
  3. Add the garlic and 1 tsp of water to the pan.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the cabbage, tamari, and remaining water.
  6. cook, stirring regularly, until the cabbage becomes a bright green.
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Add the margarine and black pepper, and serve immediately.
