Eadie's Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. lightly salted butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounce. bag chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced nuts (optional)
- Cream cheese, butter and sugars.
- Add in egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Fold into creamed mix.
- Stir in chips and nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
