VELVEETA Steak Stroganoff

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
  3. or until steak is no longer pink.
  4. Stir in water and broth.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Add noodles; return to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 7 min.
  8. or until noodles are tender, stirring frequently.
  9. Add Velveeta and beans; cook until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  10. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
