Lobster Fondue Dip Recipe
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. shredded sharp processed American cheese (about 8 ounce.)
- 2 drops red pepper sauce
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 can (5 ounce.) lobster, liquid removed and broken into small pcs
- In earthen fondue pot, heat butter over low heat.
- Gradually stir in cheese till melted.
- Add in red pepper sauce, gradually stir in wine.
- Add in lobster, stir till heated through.
- Makes about 1 1/2 c. dip.
- Dip with either raw vegetables or possibly chips.
