Tomato, Bocconcini and Basil on Ritz Crackers

• 8 bocconcini, each cut into 3 slices
• 1 bunch basil
• 6 ripe roma tomatoes, cut into four slices
• 24 RITZ* Crackers
• salt and pepper

1. Layer a slice of bocconcini, one basil leaf and a slice of tomato on the Ritz* Cracker.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
