KRAFT Tex-Mex Salsa Spuds

  1. MICROWAVE potatoes until tender.
  2. Cut in half lenghtwise; scoop out centres, leaving 1/4 in.
  3. (0.5 cm) shell.
  4. MASH potatoes with dressing, cheese and green onions.
  5. Fill potato shells with potato mixture.
  6. Top with mixture of red and green peppers, green onions and cilantro.
  7. SPRINKLE with additional cheese.
  8. Bake at 375F (190C) for 15 minutes or until heated through.
