KRAFT Tex-Mex Salsa Spuds
- 2 baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup each Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing and Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Chopped green and red peppers, green onions and cilantro
- MICROWAVE potatoes until tender.
- Cut in half lenghtwise; scoop out centres, leaving 1/4 in.
- (0.5 cm) shell.
- MASH potatoes with dressing, cheese and green onions.
- Fill potato shells with potato mixture.
- Top with mixture of red and green peppers, green onions and cilantro.
- SPRINKLE with additional cheese.
- Bake at 375F (190C) for 15 minutes or until heated through.
