Sharon's golden fried TURKEY chops

  1. Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on medium heat
  2. Rinse off turkey chops and pat them dry
  3. Combine flour and spices in a large bowl
  4. Coat turkey chops one piece at a time with flour and spice mixture; coat evenly
  5. Add turkey chops to grease a few pieces at a time
  6. Turn turkey chops after 5 mins
  7. Fry turkey chops until golden brown or to your liking!
  8. Enjoy!
