Creamy Beef Fettucine
- 100 grams fettucine
- 2 slice smoked beef
- 120 ml milk
- 80 ml cooking cream
- 1/2 tbsp dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tbsp dried oregano leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Prepare the ingredient.
- Boil fettucine until cooked, then drain.
- To make creamy beef sauce, heat the pan first.
- Second, melt butter in a pan with smoked beef, fry till lighty brown.
- You can add olive oil in this step.
- Third , pour milk and cooking cream.
- Add basil and oregano.
- Mix well and wait a minute till simmer.
- Then add grated cheese and onion.
- You can add salt if the taste less salty.
- Finally, take fettucinne on the plate and pour the sauce.
- You can sprinkle grated cheese on the top.
