Simple Green Chile
- 4 cups Pork Roast, Cut Into Small Cubes
- 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 can Old El Paso Green Chili Enchilada Sauce, 28 Ounce Can
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Rotel
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Pinto Beans, Drained
- 4 teaspoons Knorr Tomato Bouillon
- 1 whole Chopped Onion
- 2 cups Water
- In a crockpot mix all of the above ingredients let it cook for 4 to 6 hours on low to medium heat.
- * Add more or less beans depending on your taste and how far you want it to stretch.
- I serve this on tostadas, in a bowl with cheese and chips and to make burritos.
- For burritos, I make bean and cheese burritos and add the chili.
- Roll them up and they freeze perfectly.
