Apple Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool completely.
  3. Meanwhile, use kitchen shears to cut 2 leaf shapes from each stick of gum.
  4. Empty sprinkles into small bowl.
  5. Spoon frosting into medium bowl.
  6. Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended.
  7. Spread onto cupcakes.
  8. Dip tops, 1 at a time, into sprinkles.
  9. Decorate with pretzels and gum pieces to resemble apples as shown in photo.
