Brown Honey Scones Recipe
- 3 c. Wholemeal
- 4 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 c. Lowfat milk, approx
- Mix wholemeal, salt and bakingpowder.
- Rub in the butter.
- Dissolve the honey in the lowfat milk, add in to dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough.
- Rollout, cut out, and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 - 12 min at 425 degrees.
