Spiced Kettlecorn
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 cups Corn Kernels
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add the canola oil, sugar, and corn kernels, and stir well to coat the kernels.
- Cover with a close-fitting lid and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook until the kernels stop popping, shaking the pot occasionally to coat popped kernels evenly.
- When popping has finished, remove from heat or dump into a serving bowl and add salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, tossing gently to mix.
- Enjoy!
