Skewered Grilled Potatoes Recipe
- 2 pound red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- Place potatoes and water in 2 qt casserole; cover.
- Microwave on high 12-15 min, stirring after 8 min; drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Stir in potatoes; cover.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Drain reserving salad dressing mix.
- Arrange potatoes on skewers.
- Grill covered for 4 min.
- Rotate skewers; brush with reserved salad dressing mix.
- Continue grilling 4 min.
