Balsamic Marinated Beef Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp minced fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 sm clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 lb boneless top sirloin (1 inch thick) Salt & pepper to taste
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine vinegar, oil, basil, mustard, garlic & sugar; mix well.
- Add in steak, turn to coat & marinate in refrigerator 15 min to 2 hrs; turn occasionally.
- When ready to cook, remove steak & throw away marinade.
- Grill steak 17 to 21 min for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Slice steak crosswise.
- Serves 6.
