Grilled Salmon-Caesar Salad

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Whisk dressing and lemon juice until blended.
  3. Pour 1 Tbsp.
  4. dressing mixture into small bowl.
  5. Stir in zest; brush onto fish.
  6. Grill fish, skin-sides up, and baguette pieces 4 min.
  7. or until bread is lightly toasted, turning bread frequently.
  8. Remove bread from barbecue.
  9. Turn fish; grill 4 to 6 min.
  10. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Remove from barbecue.
  12. Place romaine halves, cut-sides down, on barbecue grate; grill 1 min.
  13. or until lightly charred.
  14. Place romaine, grilled-sides up, on 4 plates.
  15. Cut bread into cubes; sprinkle over lettuce.
  16. Top with cheese and remaining dressing mixture.
  17. Serve with fish.
