Grandpa Wagner's Bar Cheese with Horsepower
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA
- 9 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 5 oz. horseradish
- 5 shakes hot pepper sauce
- Cut VELVEETA into 1/4-inch cubes and melt in double boiler, stirring until no lumps are evident.
- Stir in mayo until thoroughly blended.
- Remove from heat; stir in horseradish and hot pepper sauce.
- Immediately pour into storage containers.
- Put on lids and refrigerate.
- Makes 2-1/4 cups.
