Crockpot Creamy Ranch Pork Loin
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2- 1/2 pounds Pork Loin Roast
- In a bowl or measuring cup, pour the cream of chicken soup and the ranch dressing mix and stir until fully incorporated.
- Place pork loin in the crockpot and pour the soup mix over the top, turning it over to fully coat the roast.
- Turn crockpot on to high and cook for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
- Turn the meat over halfway through the cooking time.
- I served mine with cooked egg noodles.
- It was a hit with the whole family and was very tasty, almost like a stroganoff-type meal.
- Enjoy!
