Lassi Namkeen
- 2 cups yogurt, preferably whole-milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin, or to taste
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup cold water.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
- Add about 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves and a small piecemaybe 1/2 inch or so, peeledof fresh ginger.
