Easy Chili Nachos Recipe
- Tortilla chips
- 1 (10 ounce.) can chili
- 1 (10 ounce.) can nacho cheese soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Minced black olives
- Diced onions
- Lowfat sour cream
- Line 2 1/2 qt casserole with tortilla chips.
- Mix lowfat milk and cheese soup.
- Spoon half of chili, soup mix, black olives and onion on chips.
- Repeat layers.
- Microwave on high for 2 to 4 min till cheese soup bubbles and ingredients are heated through.
- Top with lowfat sour cream.
