Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

  1. Mix rice, hamburger, onion, Large eggs, lowfat milk, chili pwdr, salt, garlic pwdr and pepper.
  2. Form into 1 1/2" balls.
  3. Put into 2 qt baking dish and cover with mix of tomato soup and water.
  4. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
  5. You may add in more soup and water if you like.
  6. Serves 6.
