Poached Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
- 4 cups water
- 1 each lemon sliced
- 1 each carrots sliced
- 1 each celery stalks sliced
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 4 each salmon steaks
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutess.
- Add salmon steaks; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat, let stand 8 minutes.
- Remove salmon steaks to serving plate, serve with Horseradish Sauce.
