Poached Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutess.
  3. Add salmon steaks; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Remove skillet from heat, let stand 8 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon steaks to serving plate, serve with Horseradish Sauce.
