Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies Recipe

• 2 egg whites
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Salt
• Food coloring (Opt.)
• 1 sm. pkg. mint chocolate chips

1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
2. Add in sugar, vanilla, salt and food coloring.
3. Stir in chips.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Drop by tsp.
6. on very heavily greased cookie sheet.
7. Put cookies in oven, turn oven off and leave overnight.
8. Remove carefully.
