Tomato Basil Tart

  1. Spray counter lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine rolls into a ball and roll into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, combine cheeses and basil.
  5. Spread cheese mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 2-3-inch border all around.
  6. Top with sliced tomatoes and salt and pepper.
  7. Fold the 2-3-inch border of dough up over filling, pleating as you work your way around the tart.
  8. Brush crust with olive oil and secure in a few spots with toothpicks if necessary.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
  10. Variation: Use what ever variety of tomatoes you might have on hand.
  11. I added in some cherry tomatoes.
