Bran Muffins

  1. Combine 1 cup of the wheat bran with 1 cup of boiling water, set aside to cool.
  2. Cream sugar and oil.
  3. Add well beaten eggs.
  4. Sift dry ingredients together and combine with All- Bran cereal and 1 cup of wheat bran.
  5. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and cooled bran.
  6. Mix until blended.
  7. Store in refrigerato for up to three wekks.
  8. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
  9. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
