Refreshing Stir-Fried Pork and Cabbage
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 250 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (Pokka Lemon 100)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper (to your liking)
- Roughly chop the cabbages, slice the leek diagonally, and cut the pork into edible pieces.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil, and cook the pork until browned.
- Add the leek and half the cabbage.
- Season with salt and .
- Add the rest of cabbage to Step 2, and continue cooking.
- Season with ground pepper if you like.
- (After plating each dish, season with a generous amount of lemon juice).
- For the lemon juice, I used Pokka Lemon 100.
