Refreshing Stir-Fried Pork and Cabbage

  1. Roughly chop the cabbages, slice the leek diagonally, and cut the pork into edible pieces.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil, and cook the pork until browned.
  3. Add the leek and half the cabbage.
  4. Season with salt and .
  5. Add the rest of cabbage to Step 2, and continue cooking.
  6. Season with ground pepper if you like.
  7. (After plating each dish, season with a generous amount of lemon juice).
  8. For the lemon juice, I used Pokka Lemon 100.
